BizPa (“we”, “us”) helps you manage reminders and tasks. This policy explains what data we collect,
why we collect it, and how you can request deletion.
What we collect
Account info: email address and basic profile details you provide (e.g. name).
Tasks and reminders: reminders you create in BizPa and task status (open/done/due date).
Integrations tokens: when you connect Google, we store access/refresh tokens so BizPa can talk to Google on your behalf.
WhatsApp messaging: if you use WhatsApp sending, we store message logs (recipient number, message body, timestamps, delivery IDs/status) to show delivery and troubleshoot.
Basic technical logs: limited logs for security and debugging (e.g. request errors).

BizPa only uses Google data to provide the feature you chose to connect.
Google Tasks (required)
Why: to create, read, update, and complete tasks inside BizPa.
Data used: your task lists and tasks.
Google Calendar (optional)
Why: to read your calendar events so BizPa can suggest better reminder times and avoid clashes.
Data used: read-only access to calendars and events.
Gmail (optional)
Why: to help you turn emails into reminders (example: “follow up tomorrow”).
Data used: read-only access needed for the reminders you choose to create.
Google Drive (optional)
Why: to attach or store files you choose to link to tasks/reminders.
Data used: only files you select (no scanning of your whole Drive).
